Lightheadedness a sign of deprivation??

I was wondering if lack of sleep can cause periods of lightheadedness. Since moving about 6 months ago I have not had a full night's sleep. I wake up several times a night and often have trouble falling back to sleep. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing episodes of lightheadedness and a disconnected feeling during the day. I also feel some pressure in my forehead and ears. Is this sleep deprivation or some kind of seizure?
