UPP surgery

I'm going in for the upp surgery along with the removal of my tonsils.I was also scheduled to have a procedure that would have pulled my tongue forward so as not to interfere with my breathing at night.U.S Healthcare would not cover it,so I'm going in only for the upp.Please let me know if anyone has a similar dignosis and how it worked out.Thanks,Eric.
