I also have very little stage 3 & 4 sleep, suffer from obstructive sleep apnea and chronic pain syndrome in my legs which has confined me to a wheelchair for the last 2 years. I'd like to hear how you deal with your chronic pain; I'd give anything to walk again or at least have my pain managed. I use CPAP and I'm getting a dental appliance for the sleep.
