I have been falling asleep at my desk for the last few months. I am on a number of meds for bipolar disorder, but these have not changed in 4 years. I have gained ALOT of weight. I am going to be going to a sleep disorder center in a month. I had heard some time ago of a device that prevents one from falling asleep in a car by emitting an alarm when your head nods forward.
Anyone know of this? Any advice till I get medical attention? This could cost me my job!
