I've been on CPAP for about a year, and do without a couple days a month for the entire night without snoring or waking up. If I wake up or get awakened because of snoring I put the CPAP on. I have slept through several nights and been resten (not sleepy or tired) the following day. But if I go more than one night, then I notice being tired the following day. Don't know if it's harmful, but I need a break from the thing once and awhile.
