I use the respironics mask with the whisper swivel too. I put an elastic loosely around the hose and hook it on a cup hook I've screwed into the wall above my head. This keeps the hose straight off the top of my head so it's never at one side or the other of the bed. When I roll over, it never seems to affect the position of the mask. As for the mask digging into the bridge of your nose, I was able to make my own pads with left over padding that comes with bicycle helmets (other foam would also work) and experiment with my own shapes and sizes until I found a satisfactory shape and size.
