I don`t sleep well for "fibromalgia"

Hi, my problem is, i have much pain, in my arms, legs, hands,etc. because i have fibromalgia.
could anybody solutions. I have one year with thsi problem, and another problem my english. i know a little and dont know if you understand me. i dont sleep nothing "normal", because for hours and days i`m very tired and so much pain .
anybody help me?
