I thought I was the only one with this. I've been to a sleep clinic, sleep specialist. They gave me ambien, serzone, and tried some other stuff.
Nothing seems to relieve it.

Whatever hours that I'm awake at night, exactly 12 hours later I can hardly stay awake. I feel swimmy headed, nauseated.

I've decafinated, de-alcoholed, exercised (by forcing myself). Nothing seems to work.

The best relief I had was going to a Chinese herb doctor. That helped for about 6 weeks.

I seem to be ok if I can knap every day about 12:30. I only need about 20 to 30 minutes of knapping. But my job doesn't allow this luxury.

I hope someone out there can help us!
