Where are you from? My doctor is in the process of writing to one of the leading professionals in treating sleep disorders. Maybe when I find out I can let you know or maybe if someone has any ideas you could advise me/ As far as surgery, I had surgery a couple years ago and the anesthesiologist opted for a spinal because of the apnea.
