I encourage you to pursue CPAP therapy further. CPAP is the major means of effectively treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), which is quite possibly the type of sleep disorder from which you suffer.

Getting used to using CPAP is often not easy, and often new CPAP users get discouraged and give up. But there are numerous variations on CPAP, one of which may well be the solution.
