Posted by Jennifer on March 04, 1998 at 12:43:46:I am a 30 yr. old female with a huge problem of waking up on time. I am a seperated prof. working mother of a 2, 4, and 6 year old. I have low blood sugar, am under much stress, don't eat a lot (I do eat healthy foods), and am fatigued frequently. I am concerned because I can not wake in the morning no matter if I have 10 hours or 5 hours of sleep. I have three alarm clocks and receive 5-10 phone calls in the morning (the phone is right next to me!) but do not hear any of it. I have someone who knocks on the door to wake me each morning. I do not sleep past 8:30 am, feel tired after I wake and I do not get tired in the daytime. Please help! Also, has anyone heard of a clock/timer called the "screaming meanie". It has a sound similar to that of a smoke detector. I would love to find one to help me in the interim.
