Sleepwalking

I never did any sleepwalking as a child that I know of. As an older adult, I have been falling out bed after a dream of falling or sleepwalking during a dream of walking for about a year now.
My internist says it is not my medication. Anybody having this problem. I am afraid I will fall and break a bone.
