Choosing a CPAP machine - Do you like yours?

About 3 weeks now into my use of CPAP, and currently using a Sullivan V Elite. Pressure at 17 and using a Sullivan Humidair humidifier. I like the machine and the humidifier virtually eliminates the dry mouth and nose.
My question - I need to choose a machine for purchase (this is a rental). What do you use an how do you like it? How about the new self titrating machines?
