You described my symptoms of sleep apnea to a tee. I went to a pulmonolgist and he ordered a sleep study for me which confirmed that I had sleep apnea. It was the best thing I have ever done. Now instead of walking in a daze and yawning all the time I can concentrate and rarely yawn. Definitely get it checked out.
