I am a college student and I need to see if there is anyway that through relaxation and other techniques that I could only sleep 4 hours a night and still be recharged and efficient. I know that there is research out there I just don't know where to find it. I have read about it and wondered if it was possible to get all stages of sleep in 4 hours, I figured you guts could help.
