I have night hallucinations. A couple of nights
ago I saw a squirrel caught in my drapes. I
have to sleep alone in my own room because the
noise or touch of another means I can't sleep
so my husband and I sleep seperately. I have had
sleep paralysis rarely. I am often tired in day
and have fibromyalgia. I have had recurring
depression and have been self-destructive, burning
my arms with third degree burns. Although I have
not been tested for a sleep disorder, I have
responded favourably to Thorazine as a way to
mute the self-harm urges. I notice it's a drug
prescribed for sleep disorders as well and wondered if any of you have had experience with
Thorazine or self-destructiveness related to
a sleep disorder. Thanks. From Lou
