This is a new one on me. I work as a sleep technologist I have have never heard of sleep-walking & snoring occuring @ the same time. This is not to say it isn't possible. It is unusual because maintaining an upper airway (and therefore preventing snoring) during sleep is more difficult lying down than while upright and walking around. However it is possible to do both because upper airway patency is compromized to some degree (in your case enough to cause snoring) during sleep whether or not your are sleep-walking.
