I have seen an on-line CPAP sales company called Conjo distributing which offers an insulating sleeve to go around the hose. Try http://www.owt.com/conjo/index.htm.

I just went and looked at the site again, and they have an entire page devoted to this problem at http://www.owt.com/conjo/hhumid.htm. The cost of the sleeve is $10 for a 6' sleeve.

I've been thinking about getting one of these myself. Please let us know if it helps (if you decide to get one)
