Sounds like a familiar story! I have been on a Reperonics Remstar unit for abou 4 years. I have used thier old standard bubble mask, my technician also never told me about mask options. I was thinking about the nasal pillows since there are lots of positive comments on the forums about them, but the company I called said that since my pressure is at 11, I am not a candidate for using pillows.

I am really, really tired of the small leaks around the mask and the sore face in the mornings. I tend to get sore on the bridge of the nose regardless of the various spacer sizes I use. I was thinking about trying the gold seal mask, but it sounds like you are having problems with it.

There was one mask I saw at a sleep clinic, but have not seen anywhere else. It had an airbag of thin plastic that you put your nose into and did not put any pressure on the area around the nose at all. I would like to try something like that, but need to remember the blasted name.

Good luck!
David
