Could this be some sort of sleep apnea?
I HAVE to get 12 hours of sleep a night; either 12 or UNDER 5!! 6, 8, or 11 hours? NO WAY!!! I'm sooooo tired when I wake up! I still get tired in the daytime and some of my naps are 3-4 hours long! This has been a problem for some time now and I need to know what's going on! I went to a doctor (NOT a sleep specialist) about 1 1/2 years ago and they gave me this machine to try out one night for checking to see if I have enough oxygen. Well, it showed that I did and that was about it. :( Can someone help me out? COULD it be sleep apnea or something else? Thankyou, Melissa
