Night Terrors - Nightmares-Night Fright? - Boy age 20

My son is 20 years old. Since he has been about 14 or 15, he has suffered from vivid dreams. These "dreams" occur within an hour of him falling a sleep. He usually yells, gets up abrubtly, storms through the house, etc. He is very stong - therefore, he is hard to contain him when this happens. This usually occurs when he is over tired or stressed about something. He is now in college and is finally asking for help - it's embarassing when he has friends in the apartment that think he's "crazy". Can anyone help me help my son?
