During the last week of nov. 97 I left my wife for another women but i never told my new girl friend i was married. I did findly send her a letter explaining everything. But it was to late the lies all ready affected me to the point i was sleeping good. I am terribly stressed from all of these changes in my life. I have two kids that i left behind too. I guess i was in a depression state but did not know it. So i stated taking Diazepan to help me sleep and stronge pain kill during the day most of the day to kill the stress. I did that for about 3 months everyday. I got to the point where i had to take more and more every day. I was taking two or more zanx a night but still only sleeping about 4 hours a night at the most. But i didn't feel like i was even sleeping. I was really feeling bad. About the last week in april at work it felt like i had a nurves break down but i don't know what it was. I could stop crying, i couldn't hardly talk, my chest had alot of presure. So my mother took me to the hospital. I check into the hospital and stayed for a coulpe days. The doctor perscribe me paxal,a antidepressant, I been take it for about three and 1/2 week now. How long does it take to work? I haven't been taking none of the diazepan or the pain killer for about 3 1/2 week ether. My mothers been giving me all kinds of vitamins and herbs to take everyday. do you think i still having withdraws from the dizepan and the pain killer because i not sleeping at all now. before i had my break down my sences were going craze. My smell was very stong, everything seen very loud to me. Now i have ringing in my ears for the last two weeks. What can i do to stop the ringing in my ears? I don't even know when i'm sleeping and when i'm not sleeping. I wake up and look at the clock every coulpe hours. my mind races with all kinds of problems in my life. when i get up in the mouring i feel like i did when i went. Do i have a chemical inbalance in my head from the Diazepan. Feels like my brain doesn't want to shut down when i go to bad! What can i do? It hard to do any when i can't hardly think strait any more. Please help me
Thank you!
