I have a word of caution: when I started using the CPAP (without humidity) I was also using Vancanace (similar to Flonace) and I developed bad bloody nostrils until I stopped the Vancanace and went on the heated humidity. Now I spray Vancanace only in the morning (not at night). I have religiously washed the humidifier chamber eac day with antibacterial hand soap (Dial or generic equivalent) and I boil tap water and keep it in a container in a cabinet so no light gets to it and use that water (or store-bought distilled when I am traveling) and then I dump out the water in the morning that is left in the chamber. Yes, it's a ritual. but worth the comfort of the heated humidity. and a cold humidifier that isn't cleaned properly is as much of a breeding ground for bad things.
