sleeping postions/ postures

Posted by Amie on March 19, 1998 at 05:44:49:

I'm trying to write a story for one of my classes about sleeping positions. Which are the best to ensure a comfortable night's rest? Which are the most commonly used? What mattress is best to use? I can't find anything. I was really hoping anyone could answer my questions and elaborate as much as
you'd like. Of corse I will state your name and position in my story, unless you specify
diffrently, and send you a copy of my
story if you'd like. Thank you so much,
i really hope someone can help me!
