Sleepy Habits

Posted by Gwin Willis on March 19, 1998 at 17:59:41:

Almost none of the items on your Sleep Test pertain to me, but I found it interesting. Everyone needs at least 8 hours of sleep nightly; right? Whenever I don't have to go to work or school, I usually sleep until late morning {10 p.m. to 9 or 10 a.m.}. Whenever I have to get up early to do to school or work, my alarm clock awakens me in the middle of a dream so that I can't finish it. [It barks!] Then it takes me a while to wake up.

I tried out the Biorhythms graph a week or so ago from your web site and I saw that my physical side is up but declining and my emotional and intellectual sides are down but increasing.

BTW, I heard of sleepwalking and sleep talking but what is sleep eating?
