Bruce,

I have a very similar problem as you. I separated from my wife in August and fooled around with one of her friends in October. Ever since I have not had one solid night sleep and it is now March. I then slipped into major anxiety and depression to boot. I have been on numerous antidepressants until I could no longer handle the side effects. Now the only thing I am taking is Klonopin for anxiety and St. John's wort which is a natural antideppresant. Still at this point my sleep is terrible. Maybe three or four hours tops and I feel terrible every day. I am to the point where I don't enjoy life anymore. Sometimes I could just snap.

I am looking for some people to communicate with or even start a support group with that have similar problems as we do. Contact me through e-mail or phone (914)-337-0449 and maybe we can help each other out.

my e-mail is jromeo@ix.netcom.com

One thing I do know is that all these drugs have not really helped.
