I have been to a Sleep Disorder center withsimilar problems as you have now and they really don't tell you much more than you are already doing, unless you have sleep apnea or another Sleep related disorder. I would try going to a bookstore and pick up a book on Sleep and how to restore a good nights sleep. These books will tell you exactly what a sleep disorder clinic will tell you without the high cost.
