It helps me to think of my machine as my "dream machine" and to concentrate on how much better I feel when I use it. That helps keep it in perspective on those nights when the mask doesn't fit quite right and I have to get up and adjust it. I usually detach mine from the hose in the morning to wash it and then put it on before I re-attach it to the running machine. Hang in there because it is worth it.
