can't sleep ready for the brigde

Left my wife and kids for another women back in
Nov. Haven't sleep hardly any since them. Very badly depressed. My girl friend left me now. Can't hardly work any more because i'm always tried. Don't know what to do? Guess i'm ready for the Brigde
