Let me make it clear that I am not a "shrink" but it is pretty obvious that therapy for yourself is needed. Your guilt sounds like the reason for your insomnia. You need to seek professional help, surround your with friends you can talk to, see your priest if you're religous etc. I can not offer any other suggestions other than those above. Please seek help! You do not need to suffer this way!
