I have one of these things (from a Dentist) and I was his first and I think only Pt. I grind my teeth at night, so I destroyed it. Had it re-built. Have had it for about 4 years. For the last year, even with this oral appliance, I snore worse than a freight train. Took a Sleep test on the Internet and answered YES to 96% of the questions. Everyone says run ti a Sleep Lab. Well my family Dr. and I are seeking approval from my insurance Co., as they would not approve it without the 10,000 medical recommendations. I awake more tired than when I went to sleep. Wish me luck.
