They have a lot of medical abstracts, look under the sleep apnea category, or use CPAP as a keyword. One of the articles is

This abstract implys that there are some significant differences among machines. Unfortunately, the abstract does not give details and I could not find the full text. Maybe there are some doctors among us who can dig it out.
