I have the dental device called "SNORE GARD". worked for a few years. For the last 12 months, even with the darn thing I snore like a Boeing 747. I have to sleep in the guest room so my wife can sleep & she still hears me. Fighting with the insurance Co. trying to get them to help with the cost of a night in a sleep lab. Do I recommend the dental device? For moderate to minor sleep problems -yes-, otherwise, save your money.
