I used the ramp at first but found out I would wake after 20 mins to find I had a leak. I now go for full pressure straight away.
My wife made a loop to go around the tubing which I can pin onto my pyjamas; this helps keep strain off the mask when I turn over and helps eliminate air leaks. Good Luck and stick with it,
