When you leave work and hit the sun, wear dark glasses. You need to fake out your body clock. When your body is exposed to sunlight, it says...wake up! If you try to go to bed after spending time in bright light...good luck. I found I've had to cut down drastically on exposure to sunlight on my worknights, when leaving in the morning. Sun is for weekends.
