I also had problems with getting approval from my insurance company (Aetna). They kept sending me to allergists, Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctors, pulmonologists, until I finally convinced them that sending me to a Sleep Disorder Clinic would save them money. Kind of a one-stop shopping idea. They finally gave in, and yes, it saved both of us money. Just keep hammering away. Good luck
