I've had my CPAP for a week. It's definitely a weird experience but I know it's worth it. I think I'm in about year 8 of a wicked sleep debt...but I'm so relieved to finally be on the right track. It's amazing that this condition is so insidious...that horrible exhaustion just creeps up on you over time and until you get relief even slight,you don't realize how devastating it had become.
