I've had my machine for a week...it's definitely weird but I'm determined to make it work in order to feel better. I'm wondering if some relaxation/self-hypnosis tecniques might help folks who are feeling somewhat panicky about the mask and the forced air flow. Rhythmic breathing has helped me somewhat...I do have a "ramping" feature and this is really helpful for easing into restful sleep while trying to employ some kind of relaxation/meditation method. I know that the cure will be worth it. Hang in there...you're not alone !
