Soory it's taken me so long to reply - I've had problems connecting with the server to post this reply. We apparently could be twins - right down to the narrow right sinus passages. It's a small cyberspace afterall. I'm currently being evaluated at NYU's Institute for Reconstructive Facial Surgery, to see if orthodontics, followed by surgery. followed by more orthodontics, will correct the jaw problem and the sleep apnea. It will take at least a year altogether, and I'm just at the beginning stages of this process. Ill keep you posted as I go along. Thanks so much for your reply - it's good to know there are other people out there somewhere who sympathize. I hope your sleep study and followups are going well. THe CPAP definately helps, although it can be tricky to coordinate with the sinus problems. A humidifier might help. Hang in there and thanks again !
