I am the original poster of this message. I just had my sleep study done and I do have moderate to severe OSA. Not a big surprise - I am very overweight.
Next week I have my sleep study with the CPAP machine. I am a bit nervous about the mask - it was hard enuf sleeping with the electrodes, etc! The doc said I could come by a different nite and practice with the machine if I wanted. Do you think this is a good idea?
