I am still researching the UPPP surgery vs. CPAP. I have read other responses and I am still concerned. As you said my Dr. has only advised me of my options but I am trying to gather all the information I can before making my decision. I wake several times in the night and feel exhausted through the day. My sleep study revealed that I stop breathing 16 times and hour for 19seconds each time. What would you recommend. I don't see myself hooked up to a machine the rest of my life. I am 45 years old.
