Hi again Mike:

Thanks so much for the help. If only others had this type of help before purchasing their units. I'm not sure where you are from, but this information is invaluable to me as a city next to ours had a complete shut down of power due to freezing rain in February, and there were multiple calls to my provider on what could be done to use the C-Pap machine without power. The power was out for 3 weeks. The company that carries the Sullivan V Elite is ResMed Limited. I'm not sure if Respironics can help, but who knows. Thanks again for the follow-up on this Mike. Awaiting your new information.
