Thanks for your response. One system we are considering that a consultant we have has suggested, is a "3 shift, 8-hour, No Sunday Rotation." Cycle = 27 days, Avg. Work Week = 36 hrs., Rotation Forward, Overlap 30 min./shift, 4 Crews. What is anyones professional opinion on this system?

Are there any other sources I should/could be contacting to help me with this.
