Thanks for the tip. I did indeed do a web search, (thats how I found this site). In addition, I also tryed some research using Lexis/Nexis, but was unable to find a clear answer to the question of straight vs. rotating shifts - the pluses/minuses of each.What does RPSGT stand for??
