We have next day turnaround for both scoring and interpretation. This response depends on other Technologist and Physician responsibilities. If you have a physician that solely does sleep. Then this sort of turnaround is attainable. If the sleep physician(s) have other responsibilities (non-sleep-related patients/clinics) then a two or three day turnaround would be more realistic. Not considering time off, I feel that anything over four days is not appropriate.
