We too have had good success with the Profile (and newer Profile Lite) at Umass Med Ctr., great for patients who feel the Goldseal too heavy. The heat activated gel forms a decent seal.
Keep in mind, a little leakage doesn't limit the treatment (but be careful by the eyes.) CPAP devices are designed to compensate for leakage by as much as 60l/m, but if it's waking you often, you need a better seal.
Another option is switching to Nasal Pillows(Nellcor Puritan Bennett--noe Malinkrodt.) The only contact with the nose is at the nostrils(great for claustrophobics!)
