Thanks Kevin. During testing of the sensor the wire is flexed to simulated what you are suggesting. I believe the sensor and its wire are ok. I was hoping to find other Alice 4 users to compare notes. The Alice 4 SAO2 sensors are small and I believe it is easy for a misalignment to happen. If other users of the Alice 4 are out there, they may be experiencing the same problem.
