Dear Jhon:
I am a doctor in traditional chinese medicine. Over the years I have treated many cases of nightmare patients. One of my patients had this problem ever since world war two.I use mostly chinese herbal medicine, which could greatly reduce the frequency of nightmare and stablize the moodswings. I do recommend you go to see a chinese medicine practitioner in your area.
