Hi Pat-

Respironics uses Nonin technology in all of its oximetry products, including Alice 4. Any probe by Nonin should be compatible. We cannot recommend the Nellcor sensor, but only because we have not validated it. If you do your own validation, and are satisfied with the results, then I can't see how there would be any problems using it.
