I ran a 4 bed hospital base lab and we had queensize bed. Only the head was able to be elevated. We met both hospital and city fire code standards. Find out "Why to larger beds will not pass". Any heavy duty bed will be higher, but not as high as a hospital bed.
Lots of Luck
